Fundraising for small groups:
- Determine the cost of food and bowling per person. Example - $10 for food and bowling.
- Charge the bowlers double the amount to enter the fundraiser. Example - $10 x 2 = $20 charge per person to participate
- The organization makes $10 per person for their charity. Bring about 50 people in and you have yourself $500 for your charity.
Pledge Fundraising for larger groups:
- Determine the cost of food and bowling per person. Example - $10 for food and bowling.
- Ask everybody that wants to participate to come up with at least $30 per person in pledges. Ask family, friends, groups, organizations, etc.
- Each participant brings in $20 towards your charity. Bring about 100 people in and you have yourself $2000 for your charity.
Corporate Lane Sponsorship:
- Members of the fundraising organization contacts corporations or businesses to ask for lane sponsorship. Example - $200 per lane sponsorship
- The company that donates gets to send six employees to the event free of charge, their company name and logo placed on the lane and a tax receipt.
- Get 10 companies to sponsor lanes at $200 each and you have yourself $2000 for the event.
